wheel spacers needed?

I bought these wheels a while back and when I recently took my car to a shop for an alignment the mechanic told me I should get wheel spacers for my wheels. Currently I am driving without any spacers.

I'm not too familiar with what those are and if I really do need them, if so, where do I buy them??

Thanks in advance.

Wheels I bought:

Wow. I'm not a fan of the 15" holies with seven holes. But those 17" with five is pretty hot!

Guess that would depend on your brake set up ?

Because they are 42 et and only 7 inch wide rim and within OEM standards. Did he elaborate his position ?

Depends on your suspension set up too. My OEM wheels were rubbing on the struts when I put my coils on.
