Question about tire rack

Hi, I am going to buy a new set of tires and wheels for my MINI.

First question: Anyone have these rims? If so, do you like them? Anything I should know? http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...All&sort=Brand

Second question: Anyone have these tires? Are they good ones? http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....odClar=Hardtop

Last question: When I put the wheels and tires in shopping cart on tire rack's web site they asked me if they would like them to mount the tires to the wheels. It gave me three options. Mount them and add new TPMS to them for $200. I planned on using the TPMS sensors I already have. So then it asks if they should mount them without the TPMS, or just don't mount them at all. I'm clueless when it comes to this stuff so what should I do?

We have the wheels on my wifes car for her Blizzacks. No issues at all they look good and work fine. Tire Rack has been great to deal with. We have bought about 8 tires and wheels from them. Very satisfied!

they look nice, but not a fan of the 20.7lb weight.

Those are popular, I sugest waxing them prior to install. Any time you have a machiened lip on a wheel it can be more vulerable to corrosives, like ice-melt salt, or acidic wheel cleaners. A good seal of the paint can help, but try to avoid letting the wheels stay dirty, or using wheel cleaners you wouldn't spray on your hood. There are some good options availble

#4 in our customer surveys, pretty good!

I'd sugest not having them mounted, and adding the TPMS service kit, $4.50 per wheel. These parts should be changed when moving your sensors.

You'd need to have them mounted and balanced once the sensors have been added.
