Correct me if i am wrong...

but this looks good, and will fit:
17x7.5 4x100 et40 67.1mm bore.
should fit no problem, even with an agressive drop, correct?

what are my options for spacers/hubcentrics?

excuse my photoshop. 5 minute job.
thx for the photo, great shot of a mini just like mine

For that wheel you will be a little farther to the outside of the wheel well and risk rubbing on the inner wheel arch plastic.

One option is to use those wheels and go with 215/40-17 tires which will give you a bit more clearance. You can still drop your suspension an inch and make things fit OK with more rear negative camber- use an adjustable rear lower control arm if needed.

MINI Hub bore is 56.1mm so you might need some thin hub centric rings.

Spacers probably won't be needed at first, see how things fit and if you have any clearance to push the wheels farther to the outside.
