Tire size question R56 MCS 225/45 17...

Tire size question R56 MCS 225/45 17...

stock height, would I have any issues running them?

I'm running 215/45 17s right now.

Mach V Dan was able to run 245's on an R56 with a bit of rubbing, I run 225's on my R53 with no rubbing. The R56 has a bit more space then the R53, so you should be alright (assuming a reasonable offset).

I have 215-40R17 and they are probably the most comfortable

225 will work fine. I have 235/40 on mine, so width should be fine as long as you keep your offset in check. Plus 225/45 is only 2.9% slower than stock... not too bad of a speed change. Do eeet.
