TPMS Valve Stem Swap

Can I swap the TPMS valve stems on a set of 16" wheels with the rubber stems on a set of 17" Bridgespoke rims?
Both sets are Mini OEM wheels. The 17's are from a early '07 model with the old run flat system.
I'd like to put the 17's on my '09 MCS.

TPMS valve stem swap

To answer my own question: Yes I can, in this particular situation. The clincher was whether the TPMS valve stem would fit into the '07 wheels. Luckily they did. The price I was quoted was about $175 for each TPM sensor. I paid $180 to have all 8 tires re-stemmed and balanced. And after a test drive tonight, the sensors all work fine.

Each, not per set? You didn't pay that did you? Tirerack sold me TPMS sensors for $41 each ($168 a set) when I got new wheels.
