So I just bought a set of used BBS rims mounted with tires from a fellow Mini owner. I'm hoping to put them on this weekend especially since the dealer just notified me that my stock tire treads are very low(thanks to autoxing no doubt!) I wanted to see what you guys have to say about the tires that are coming with the new wheels. They are continental sport contact 2's with 40% tread left. Any comments are appreciated!

Also, does anyone think I should be concerned about putting them on too early? I figured the snow in PA should be over with by now.

From my research just about any runflat is going to give you this type of mileage. Nature of the beast
