Does 17" SSR wheels clear big brake kits?

Will 17" SSR Competition wheels clear big brake kits or will they require spacers? Stoptech and Brembo for example.
And A performance shop was trying to sell me "new" Toyo tires called "Neo-gens," I think. Does anyone have any experience with them? Good track tires?
