Small blister on my runflat sidewall...

...I have about 10k on the odo. Is my tire still under warranty? If so, where do I go to get a replacement tire?

Thanks in advance!

If it's a bump...I don't think it is still under warranty as that damage could have been caused by normal wear and tear. The bump could have been caused by a pot holes or bumps on the road. It's hard to prove it's a manufacturer's defect. You can bring it back to the dealership or another tire store. You should replace them in pairs if not in a whole set although 10K is a little low for new tires. You should replace your tires ASAP though because you don't know what kind of damage that blister or bump is hiding. Usually bumps are caused by structural damage so your driving on a ticking time bomb. Good luck and drive safe.

Tires are usually not warr'ty by the dealer, that's why you get sep' documentation about the tires. You need to address a tire issue with the tire company.

BUT

OTOH, I see that many MINI deals are now stocking tires, perhaps in response to the odd sizes (and types = run flat) MINI (sometimes) uses

AND...MINI dealers sell extended tire warranties ....

SOOOOOO .... is your issue covered by the dealer by any of these warr'nty possibilities??????

I Dunno

Basic MINI warr'nty .. no way. What else did you buy? Else, head to a dealer for the tire in question....

Unless you purchased the Tire Warranty, which they should have tried to sell you, you will not be covered by the MINI Warranty.

It's a good time to ditch that time bomb and get some Non-Runflats and some Slime! You can buy a set of four awesome Summer Performance Tires for the price of 1 and 1/2 Runflats!
