Break sticks after accident

I curbed both left wheels of my MCS pretty bad at speed the other day. It bent both rims and blew out both tires...Stupid! Got those fixed, but now I have a brake issue. When I press the brake pedal, there is a stiff resistance that I have to push thru hard (making a loud clicking sound) before the brakes actuate. And since I'm pushing hard, when they do actuate, it becomes like a panic stop every time!
Any ideas as to what's going on? Could this be a bent brake line from the accident, causing air in the system or lack of free flowing fluid??

Thanks in advance

Where did you have the car fixed after this accident?

They should have noticed this in a test drive. You could start by taking it somewhere to get the brakes bled.
