best tire/ shocks/ struts for sand?
have a 2004 mini with run flats. the tires till have plenty of tread left, but i have a leaky front strut, so was thinking of swapping everything out fresh. while i like the idea of runflats, 2 tires already have toe in after only 15k miles, and they are noisy.
what is a good cheap tire/spring combination for white sand roads, red clay roads, light mud, and highway comfort / low noise?

I'd go with some sort of progressive spring rate if you really plan on driving through sand, clay roads, and light mud. But I don't think you'll find a tire that does well on those surfaces and does well on the highway.
Are you doing a backwoods rally?

no backwoods rally, just curious to see where all of these little trails lead to. the stock springs and tires do ok because i don't drive crazy. glad these cars are so little that they don't dig in when going in mud or soft sand.
