Looking for BRIGHT 17" wheels

I have an '07 Sparkling Silver S w/17" wheels. As my tires begin to show signs of wear, I've begun to think about new wheels and tires. Wheels first. My MINI is a daily driver and only has dreams of the track. I am having trouble finding wheels with a bright finish. There are chrome available, but I want to lose weight in each corner. Is Hyper Silver another term for shiny silver paint? The Konig Britelite is the only one I've found, is 17lb and is fairly economical. Are there any others?

Honestly, if you aren't going to track the car....I wouldn't worry about the weight of the wheels. I would focus on what you want, and get it! Check out the "Show Me Your Wheels" thread.

There are certainly a few sets of wheels with a "bright finish" like you describe to choose from but it will require a bit of searching. There are a bunch of online stores to look at many different wheels but take it from me, once you find a few that are contenders make sure you get a look at them in person before you lay down the cash. You will find that they most likely will look quite different in person at least that is what I've have found ! The Konig Brightlites you mention would be a good contender for what you're looking for and another wheel that might interest you can be found at Tire Rack and are made by a company by the name of ASA called a "AR2".

Happy hunting !

Check out the Enkei RPF1, very light, and I believe they offer a hyper silver or similar very bright finish. A little pricey, but they are known to be a great wheel.

So, does Hyper Silver mean shiny and chrome-like?

Vincent, no pictures in your gallery. Show me your wheels if you have time.

O.Z. Super Turismo GT I pretty much gave them away/sold them to a good friend of mine since another NAM/MU'er hooked me up with them, never mounted on my car but I saw them on his car and they are BRIGHT!
