Upgrade from stock

Wish to upgrade from stock 175/65-15.

Thought to get 195/60-15 as rolling radius nearly the same but that size tire calls for 5.5 in. rims and I believe the factory 15's are only 5 in.

Comments appreciated.

which stock wheels do you have? I'm pretty sure most (if not all) of the 15" OEM wheels are actually 5.5" wide.

With the stock 15" tire size, it has to be on 5.5" wide rims.

Any idea what tires you'll be getting?

You will be fine with that tire size, I like the Fusion tires (Firestone) for daily and good for AutoX too. If you'd like to limit the OEM Brake dust think about running Carbotech Bobcat pads too. Can be found at my site.

Tire model

I assume you mean the Fusion HRi, price looks good - I was thinking of the Bridgestone G019 ($63 locally).

Popular size, Tire Rack has over 70 offerings.
