With the RZ with M14 bolt holes, it comes with hub centric rings?

from my memory only Kreutzer Xi comes with the hub rings...

On the ADVAN website, the RZ for European cars with M14 17 x 7 comes with two options of either ET38 or ET42.

with 38...... will the wheels stick out past the black plactic fenders?

Nope, but it'll be closer to being flush with them. I'd go with the ET38.

With either 205/45 17 or 215/45 17, with the ET38.... and the car being lowered say max 1 inch, will it rub on anything?

1 inch? I doubt it'll rub on anything. But, do those wheels some justice and drop the car more than an inch.
