I've never heard that question... You mean bolt pattern?

Its a 4x100. if thats not the info you were looking for, then I can't help you

stock offset is 48, and I"v read that anything between 37 and 48 works without a problem. Of course not taking lowered cars into consideration...

The wheel hub size is the same for all 2008 MINIs whether base Cooper, Cabrio, Clubman or Cooper S. It's 56.1mm.

Bolt pattern is 4x100 Not 4x108 or 4x114.3

Rota Slipstreams come in a variety of sizes to fit the MINI
There is even one that is same as the stock 16x6.5 rim +45mm offset.
It has a hub bore of 56.1mm to match the MINI hub. Anytime you can get a wheel with hub bore of 56.1mm it will be perfect for the MINI, no centering ring needed.

Some slipstreams have a larger hub bore and will take a centering ring that fits over the hub and then the wheel fits on the ring. Can be 67.1 or 73mm.

Thanks; that helps.

BTW, do the Beru tire pressure sensors fit in this wheel (the Rota Slipstream)?

wrong. MINI hub needs 56.15 mm. That 5/1000's may not seem like much if you have plastic wheels, but most of us use aluminum ones and it can cause issues getting wheels on and off

For fitment of tire presure sensors contact your Rota Vendor to confirm.

To clarify-
There are two numbers. 56.1mm and 56.15 mm

One is the Mini wheel's hub bore and that is 56.1mm.

56.15mm is the size of the centering ring inner diameter that fits over the MINI hub. It needs to be just a little larger diameter than the OEM hub bore so it fits.

So when you look at the slipstream site-
http://18racing.com/wheel_slipstream.html
You will see 56.1 as a possible hub bore "HB". This means the wheel will fit a hub bore of 56.1mm since they drop the 56.15 which would be in inner diameter of the wheel hole.

Then when you look for Hub Centric or centering rings
http://www.1010tires.com/hubrings.asp
You see inside diameter 56.15

You can confirm this with Leo Barrios at Edgeracing.com or Alex@tirerack.com

Discounttiredirect is the place for hub centric rings
I was looking for hub centric (hub centering) rings and 1010Tires wanted something like $40 for a set delivered. Discount Tire Direct was $15+4.99 shipping for a set of metal rings. They have 67.1 (Most Rotas are 67.1)x56.15 rings available.

I am looking for a set of snow tires with steel rims for my 08 Cooper, the tire store only carries steel rims with hub size 57.1mm, would that create any problems or vibrations for my car since it should be 56.1mm?

Thanks.

57.1mm is OK and doesn't need a centering ring.

Make sure that the wheel has bolt holes that will fit a 14mm MINI bolt.

Thank you very much, I hope it will not create any vibrations.

If I order steel rims directly from Mini, do you think they will give me 56.1mm or 57.1mm? They would not release the dimensions to me.
