Michelins or Falkens (both used)?

I have a choice between Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2 or Falken FK-452 same price, same condition. I need to look at these, but seller "says" they are in great shape. That said, I'd like some input on these, won't be driving in the snow, or autocross, just nice Colorado weather.
Help me choose between the two.

I have the Falken FK-452's currently and I'm very impressed on all fronts... noise, rain, dry etc. Never had the Michelins so can't speak from experience on that particular model but I had others and they are just okay, good luck hope this helps.

I've heard nothing but good about the Falkens. 1 for them. Thanks.

Same size for both? 215/45-17? Same or different price?

PE2 is very good balanced street tire overall. Stronger on wet handling.
240 treadwear UHP Summer tire. $168 each new in size above. 22 lbs

Falken 452 a little better on value. Tire wear may be similar or slightly better.
300 treadwear UHP Summer tire. $87 each 23 lbs

If the price is similar I would suggest the PE2.

Was hoping you would reply! Yes both sets are the same, price and size.
Great info, thanks.
