ar1's 16inch with 205/50/16 ok?

ar1's 16inch with 205/50/16 ok?
The recommended tire says 195/55/16 with the 16inch ar1's. Does anyone know if 205/50/16 will fit without rubbing? There's much more options this size.

Contact Alex at Tire Rack to find out for sure but, I run that size tire on my 16x7 Rota's.

Easily. Lots of people are running 205/50-16s on both stock and aftermarket 16 inch wheels.

Currently running 205/50/16 on my aftermarket 16s. No problems.

I understand the 16" AR1 doesn't clear the brakes. You may want to confirm.

I have 205/55/16s and works fine - not my preference but came with the recently purchased used MINI.
