Those of you who have white wheels from the factory: Are they sprayed or powdercoated? As in, if you have the wheels off the car, can you see any silver surfaces? For example; the inside of the center shows where the spray ends, and the back of the bolt holes are still silver?

 

They are painted on my 03.

Here is a pic of the back/inside of the wheel while it was being clean, it's painted, but no clear coat.


Outside has paint and clear coat.
