Now, what I would like to know is that what other wheels clear this kit.

In particular, does the Rota Slipstream clear it? I just ordered a set,
so I am looking forward to the answer.

I measured two more wheels today.

Rota slipstream will require a 10mm spacer (15mm to be safe).
R90 17inch wheel will require a 15mm spacer.
