I received my DynaPro 4-piston calipers (front kit) GT Slotted Rotors and there's only one input for the brake lines, where is the input for the ABS input?

Also will these calipers fit clearance wise using my OEM R104 Crown Spoke rim and has a 48mm offset.

I used a DynaPro caliper on my mini before, there is no ABS sensor that goes to the caliper. Do you mean the pad wear sensor? Not all pads have a slot for that. I would just zip tie it out of the way.

But the Wilwood website says it does work with the ABS system.

Edited: The ABS system connects to the spindle and not the caliper while the ABS system provides needed braking to all wheels.

Yes ABS works, but not via any sensor or connection to the caliper (it is upstream of that). There isn't a connection on the stock caliper either.

shopping for new wheels.... on an r53, has anyone tried these over the wilwood 12.19 with 4 piston calipers?

Enkei RPF1 16x8", 38mm, 4x100

the KA guys say that the 16x7 et +43 does fit....

The Enkei Race wheels are very BBK friendly with respect to clearance to the wheel spokes, and the Wilwood 12.19” kit is very wheel friendly. I run my 16” MINI Cooper wheels with those brakes, without spacers. So, diameter wise you will be fine. I really liked my 17” version of those wheels.

But a question - why go with the 16” wheel instead of the 17”? If I remember correctly, those 2 sizes are about the same weight and there is a better tire selection for the 17” wheels.

Where does one get 2.5mm spacers and longer bolts. I am about to do the 13" kit on the r90 rims

Go with the 5mm spacer. MINIs like the wider track and you can get them most anywhere. Try Way Motors, ECS, MINI Mania, Turner Motorsports, Any BMW parts place (Bavarian Motorsports, I think is one) for the bolts. You don’t necessarily want “cheap” when it comes to the bolts.
