RedLeg, those almost look like those "famed" mystery wheels shown on the early MINI press releases. I LIKE!

I don't recall my posting... Sorry if its a re-post. Mine are 17x7 Volk GT-C, et43 and 18lbs shod with Yoko ES100 205/45/17 rubber.

Would you be talking about the SSE MINI wheels?
I still want to know:
Who makes them?
What are they called?
What size are they?

Thanks!
But who makes them?

19" Rims? WOW!
I would love to go 18", but a little concerned about the clearance & rubbing.

Man...those tires dont fit those wheels at all...the bead is'nt even seated...your asking for trouble with the tire not to mention exposing the rims edge like that...dumb idea, get some tire that fit the rims man.

I think it looks "kicka$$" BTW, I've been to that website. They got some very interesting wheel designs that would "kicka$$" in the US. I like 'em.

The wheels are antera 309, 17 x 7.5. Here is a link to my gallery on mini2. I have not updated the gallery in a couple of months but look later this week-end for more shots.

Peace out

Those Falkens are a little wider (and taller) than stock. Do you have any problems with rubbing?

No rubbing at all. And they are just wider, not taller. I had the Pirelli 205/45/17 run flats before and also had a set of Toyo Proxes 215/35/18 for a while but went back to the 17".
