Wheel 16x7 Offset 45 Thread size 12.5 X 1.5 Will this work?

Will this offset in a 16x7 fit?

And what exactly does Thread Size mean. I searched and didn't really find anything explaining this.

Thanks

The thread size you are speaking of is in relation to the lug bolt size.

Minis built before mid 2006 use a lug bolt that size. In mid 06 the lug bolt size was changed to 14 x 1.25. The difference in the 2 are the size of the bolt head and shaft, the 14 being bigger. Some custom wheels will not take the new 14 mm size.

The wheels should work fine on your car.

My fun run wheels are 16X7 with a 40mm off set and I'm on M7 springs with no problems at all. A 16X7 wheel with a 45mm off set will work fine.
