well picked up my first puncture - tire ate some truck part and it punctured the side wall so I am guessing the tire is toast. pS tire went down really quickly and felt really nasty to drive on the "run flat" so much that I

Any ideas on best price in MI for this (17" Pirelli Euforia). I have put on my winter 16 Xlites so there is no imediate hurry (assuming the rolling radius of stock 17 vs 16" are same?

Any help would be much obliged? - I will be trying ALex@tire rack

Tirerack.com is your best bet for the Pirelli run flats at about $165 per tire depending on which size but assuming the stock 205/45-17. Local sources will change much more.

The other option is to use this opportunity to get non-runflats which in this case is a set up for upgrading to Bridgestone pole position S03 in 215/45-17 ($159 each) or if you like the 205/45-17 size then Yokohama AVS ES 100 for $93 each. Both at tirerack and in stock:much much better tires than the stock run flats. Just have to pay for the extra tires in the set of 4 and for shipping/mounting but the ride is so much better. Makes for a nice upgrade.

Or you can go to Ebay or marketplace on MCO and look for a single Pirelli runflat for sale.

You can put non-runflat tires on runflat rims?

Absolutely. Regular tires will work fine on the factory rims designed for runflats. As for the reverse--will runflats work on standard rims--here's Alex's
reply to that question.

Jeff is right about wheel compatabilities.

Eufori @ $163 ea

I would also agree with Minihune, that 2 seperate tires allow you best controll in their specialzed circumstances.

Alex
