This is the best mount out there, and I've tried them all. No leaks, and (unlike urethane mounts) no more vibration than stock. Note that OP's mount is for the early models: 2001-2002.
Urethane inserts can work well for the lower mount that resists engine torque, but not for the upper-mount.
