Track sway bar setting help for lime rock

I'm going up to lime rock tommorow was wondering what I should set my alta 22mm to
I don't have any other suspension mods done to the car
Someone told me to set it to the softest setting
It's also going to be in the low 40's
Please help me so I can sleep tonight
Also I have tracked the car with the swaybar set on stiff but it was my first time and don't know right from wrong I just listened to the guy's in my club

Well since you have no idea how it will work on the track I'd say error on the side of safety. Set it soft. Unless you want to motor backwards. After a session on track you may find you want more rear bar. Just make the change. Takes all of 15 minutes.

Have fun at Lime Rock.
