Alignment immediately after IE Fixed Camber Plates?

My understanding is that the Ireland Engineering Fixed Camber Plates will settle some under load and over the first several miles, can I then get an alignment or should I wait several days? Will they settle any additional amount over the next several hundred miles? I don't have new tires so I'm not worried about tire wear, it would just be more convenient for me to schedule things together as I rarely get a day off from work. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Wait a couple hundred miles... then, align away!
