Suspension what springs/shocks to get ?

FWIW, the H&R's ended up giving me more like 1.25" of drop... the front spring rate is lower than OEM, and the rears are progressive (and higher than OEM).
With the OEM SS+ struts, the ride was harsh and choppy, but with Bilstein SP's and H&R springs it's a GREAT setup! I won two AX season points races on the Bilstein SP/H&R combo with the local BMWCCA club - and I actually kind of dreaded taking them off.
