Can you get coilover springs repowder coated??

I have a set of coilover shocks and the powder coated finish is peeling off and there slightly rusty .Can i get them repowder coated or will it ruin the springs in any way.

Some kind of acid bath or prep might be needed, but then again any powdercoat joint would know that.

Yes. The sprngs can be re-powder coated. You can do it yourself or take it to a shop.

I am not saying that this is a fact but something to be addressed . Will the heat process for powdercoating affect the springs at all? Again I do not know the answer but perhaps someone with definative info can chime in.

The heat required for powder coating shouldn't be high enough to damage the springs. I believe its only about 375 degrees.
