Suspension Strut Brace Damage by FedEx
Strut Brace Damage by FedEx
I ordered an M7 strut brace, and I received it today. The box had been crushed and torn in transit. It looked like something had been jabbed into the side of the box as well. Anyway, I opened it and the brace had been scraped by whatever had been stuck through the box. I know very little about these, but it's bowed in the opposite direction than it is after installation. It's possible that this is the way it's supposed to be. Maybe once you get it on and tighten all the bolts it bends back in the right direction. I'm not sure. Is it suppose to be bent this way, or is this more damage caused during shipping? I'm not sure what to do.

If not, call FedEx. I ship over a million dollars a year with FedEx because of their quality of service . If they damaged it they should take care of it. Did you take photos before you opened it?
Longboard
I had my strut brace bent by the shipping company back in May, Peter quickly replaced it! No worries it will be taken care of. They're excellent on these issues
