Lube for Coilover Threads?

Can anyone recommend a good protectant for coilover threads?
I see the VW/Audi forums like Boeshield T-9, has anyone used this?

Thanks!

Sounds like good stuff.
My one concern would be how "dry" it is.
I wouldn't want it to collect dust.

Edit:
Just found the bicycle lube. That sounds like a good product. If it works on a bike chain it'll work.
