Sorry to hear your incident with the pothole I would check out the fixed ireland plates, it doesn't cost too much and it will solve the problem. I also recommend the M7 STB or STP to prevent future mushrooming. To replace the damage, the whole strut assemble will have to come off, it is really easy if you have the right tools

i know what you mean... these things add up very quickly!

My 3 flushes (coolant, brake, motor oil/filter change) which im
setup for tomorrow are going to take 2hrs+ me to wait, so will do
the alignment next spring after i install the FSD's. oh well.

I don't think that M7 will give a warranty against mushrooming if you buy the STB or STP. What they do is resist mushrooming. The cure for mushrooming is to regularly inspect the strut mounts and replace when they crack/tear.

Alright. Well, here's the deal....my MINI is at the dealer right now. My dad would not let me fix it myself, so I'm shelling at the $100+ to get this fixed.

Nevermind, my car's on the alignment rack right now it developed a slight tracking to the right from
driving and hitting bumps, probably.

got the alignment done. it's slightly crisper, but not a big
change.

if you remember, i never had the car aligned after the H-Sport
install as it didn't feel like it needed it. now with the alignment,
my position still holds. you don't really need an alignment affer the
H-sport install. on other cars you do, but not this car especially
if you're only dropping 1" and driving street like mine.

End result: My MINI is back, cost me $210 at my local MINI stealer!

I ordered an OEM rim, and am awaiting arrival....and on a side note, my pulley is AWESOME! It jumps from 2-5k soooooo quick in first gear!
