Lube or no lube

Going to install Helix lower control arms on my 04MCS. Distributor states that lube is not required but I can if I want.

I'd like to hear from the experienced wrenches. If lube should be applied what kind works best for this application.

Thanks

If they're using urethane bushings, lube the wheeeee out of them or they'll squeak like crazy. If they're rubber bushings then don't worry about it.

Helix uses a heim joint. The bushings must be urethane because they aren't rubber. I think I'll blast off a note to Helix. See what they recommend.
