I used Redline grease on my H-Sport bar because I already had it, but Mobil 1 or even plain moly grease are probably just as good for this very low-stress application.

Good timing on your post kyriian. I've been meaning to post the same question for a couple weeks now.

wrap the bar with teflon tape and use white lithium grease.

Never thought about using Teflon Tape!
I have always added zerk fittings to the bushing clamps of my sway bars. It's easy and cheap to do.
Then I use a hot wire to melt a path through the poly bushing from the clamp zerk fitting hole to the bar with a distribution slot inside the poly bushing so the grease can spread out along the bar.
I used to mix my own stuff up and load up an old grease gun with it just for sway bar bushings. White lithium grease + one tube of powdered graphite.
Grease them up once a year at most whether they needed it or not, no squeaks.

I use Super Lube, a synthetic grease that contains teflon, It's waterproof and tends to stay where you put it.

The large tube works with a standard grease gun.
