Rear Koni external adjusting without removing

Has any one figured out a way to easily adjust the Koni rear shocks with the adjuster on the top - without removing them. I do realize one can remove the shock to adjust it.

It seems like a small hole properly places might allow a cable or shaft to turn the adjuster on the top of the Koni shock - anyone tried this?

How about a motor driven adjuster? - Overkill?

Any ideas anyone?

Crap! I thought from the title you had an idea. The closest I've come is loosening the rears enough that they drop down. Not quite all the way off.
