Haha yeah it doesn't fit on account of the modified garrett heat exchanger from a terminator cobra mustang . I have to figure out something else for the lower grill.

R35P3CT......

I like your taste... Should you decide you'ld like to paint the side skirts to match your wheel trim, go to O'Rielly Auto Parts and pick up two cans of Dupli-Color paint. You will need: Textured Metallic (MX100 Graphite Text Met) and DA1605 Flat Black.

Sand both skirts below the body break line on the each skirt, tape them off (I used green tape that did not allow any paint bleed) at the break-line and shoot 'em both with the Textured paint. After dry, shoot 'em both with the Flat Black. Remove the tape and you're done. You will be absolutely amazed at the near exact match in color and texture as compared to your OEM plastic wheel trim. I researched this to no end, and found it to be too difficult to get the recommended trim paint from MINI or BMW, as it was far too pricey and you had to buy far too much to ever use in a lifetime... So, I decided to do this on my own. This project was done in a matter of a couple hours and I spent under 20 bucks, including tape and sandpaper (both of which I had on hand).

Here's a couple pics of our MCS after the mod. I have others but they're already posted here and I can't re-post the same pics again. Dumb huh... Feel free to take a look at more before and after pics in my albums and gallery as well... Or, visit the other site, common to us all, for more.

Best'a Luck and Motor On!!!

i really like the way yours looks with the bottom painted to match the wheel arches. I had always wanted to paint them to match the body color, just didnt feel like taking the arches off and prepping them for paint. maybe someday

I thought that may be in your future and that's why you hadn't painted the black on the skirts ta match... That would look awesome! I thought about doing the same thing then opted for the latter due to extensive costs in prep and paint.

Yes, same way with mine. Not that HSport lowered the rear more than the front, it's just that they lowered them 1" all around. It has the "appearance" that it's lower.

Here's what mine looks like. I'm upgrading to coilovers in a month or so, once I leave my apartment full of underside killing speed bumps.

Yup...here's stock height. HSport lowered the car evenly all around instead of lowering the front end more than the rear.

No. The rear arches or wheelwells are actually smaller than the front ones. The front sits lower, but the smaller rear wheel wells make it look lower in the back.

You can really see it here. The front of the car is obviously lower (look at the sideskirts), but the rear arches tuck more of the wheel in the rear making it look lower back there.

That's what I meant to say Rally. It gives the "appearance" that it's lower but it's the arches that makes it look that way not the actual suspension or weight distribution.
