Air ride

I am curious has anyone put an air ride suspension in a mini yet? I don't want one but was wondering if its possible; and would it handle the same?

i just saw on Trucks! theres a new air bag setup that had a shock thru the middle of the bag, they called it something like a "Bag-over" suspension. Instead of a cail spring, theres a airbag there. hmm...... sounds like a plan to me.

i saw one somewhere, but basically you would have to delete your rear seat, cause air bagging you need the compressor and all the other crap that you need to work it, the MINI boot is just to small. i don't think it would handle the same either cause bagging is basically just for show, but i could be just full of hot air.

i found a company that makes a kit. they said $2300. We have done the mini's in the past, however they don't really lend themselves to well to the air suspension. Their suspension has such short travel that if you set it up to go down very low, then when you lift it up, it won't go too high. And if we set it up to go high, its not going to drop that low. But it is possible to do them. Is what they said.
