Anyone have a spec on how many turns equal a mm of toe?

I had the front end aligned after the pothole incident. I foolishly pushed the car, as normal, around a somewhat tight turn and was utterly surprise by the amount of understeer - too much toe-in. And, because the alignment fellow didn't perform a four wheel alignment, he did not print out before and after specs...damn! No base line info!
