Recommended alignment specs?

Hi all -

I need a little advice for some work I'll be doing on my '03 MCS. I'm going to be putting in a set of M7 springs with lower rear control arms and an Alta 22mm rear sway-bar later this week.

Can anyone recommend alignment specs for this set-up?

I've seen some people suggest the following:
FRONT-
1/16" toe out.
-1.5 degree camber. (I won't be using camber plates up front yet, so I'll have whatever the stock config creates after lowering)

REAR -
zero toe.
-.8 degree to -1 degree camber.

How's this sound? Would you suggest anything different? Is there a good source of information for recommended settings anywhere?

Just for the record, I'm a fairly aggressive driver and I do auto-x several times a year. The car is my daily driver too.

Thanks in advance!! - - Michael
