I was wondering if the 18" JCW Wheels will rub with my Alta Springs?

Are the Alta spring diameter larger than stock?

I think if you use 215/35/18's they shouldn't rub even at full compression.
factory wheels should be in the +45 to 50mm offset. The rear fender plastic
rubs first, so if you do encounter rubbing, you should dremel the area.

I have the same question?

I am running 215-35-18 and plan to install Alta spring but later wanted to replace my tires with 225-40-18. Will that rub????

AC_MINI,
Once you install alta springs you have to watch out for tire width and diameter. Don't go too wide or too tall or you will have the risk of rubbing.
225/40-18 tires are made for rims 7.5-9" wide and has outer tire diameter of 25" which is taller than stock. 225/35-18 might be a better choice- try talking to Alex@tirerack.com to get some idea on your risk of rubbing with the wider tires.

jm6001,

JCW wheels should work ok with alta springs because the tire size is not too wide and the wheel offset is stock.
215/35-18 tires are made for rims 7-8.5" wide and outer tire diameter is 24" which is good.

Thank you for you help minihune
I just order a new Alta lower spring from JSC speed and added a Alta Drop-in-Flter because they are on sale. hehehe
Both items + shipping are at $199.64 very good price I think. Can't wait to install them and have the K&N for a back up.
