H-sport or M7 springs for an 05 Mini S

I take delivery of my new Mini the first week of April and I would like to know which springs are liked best by those who know. I've heard good things about both H-sport and M7 springs so it has become difficult to make up my mind. I understand that the H-sports come with new bump stops but the M7s make no mention of them so is that more work? also I have heard of people having problems with a thumping noise after installing springs and I don't need that. I want great perfomance but also a nice stance. Any help would be helpful. Also, does any one have a coment on replacement air filters? I don't want an air box just yet. Each day grows longer and longer waiting for my Baby!

H-sports will lower the car a bit less than the M7's, but they are tuned a bit more for performance as the M7 springs are a bit softer. However, both will give you a decent ride, as they are progressive rate springs, so in the first part of their travel they are actually softer than stock.

So, in my opinion it depends on your priority, keeping in mind that they will both do a good job performance-wise as well as looks wise.

But, if your priority is all out performance, H-sports.
If it's aggresive stance and some performance, m7's.
