Mine is a 2005 R53. I'm planning to replace the original bushes on rear axle and get a wheel alignment done in coming months.
Last year I powerflexed all the bushes on front axle and it introduced a fair amount of NVH.
Do you guys have experiences on Powerflex rear trailing arm poly bush about NVH? Thank you
I used a set when doing my conversion to GP/R56 rear aluminum trialing arms on an R53, Installation was ease and straight forward. Removal of the factory units did require a press though.
I did not really notice an increase in NVH, on the rear units and I did do the Lower Control arms bushing on the front.

co0p3r,
I'm in the process of swapping my trailing arms to GP ones as well. Did you use the bushings for an R53 or an R56?
