Alignment can go a long way. Even if it aligned it can be setup differently most time....more or less caster ect.
Otherwise it may just take some time for the CVs to get comfortable with a new wear pattern, but on some cars it just never goes away. If you used coilovers you might raise it up a little

Delete Vibration. I almost LOL'ed. Unless you find someone making extreme-angle CV shafts for MINI's, you will most likely have vibrations. I went with H&R 1.2 lower springs, beat me to death with vibes. I kinda need to keep this 2011 for a while! Tried new CV's. Nope, still vibrated. Went to Megan springs, 1/2 drop front and 3/4 drop rears. Still vibrates. Granted, not as much, but Grrr....all alignment is to factory spec. I see the answer.....drop the engine/trans to compensate. Right? Has anyone tried that? Is it even possible? Meanwhile, vibrating down the road I go....even on part-throttle.

They don't all, always vibrate. I still think if you get a proper lowered car alignment (forget "factory spec" since you are not such a thing anymore), then it would likely be ok. Usually springs are low, but not low enough to get vibrations. If you get it from coilovers you can adjust them as needed.
