I have a 2012(R60) Countryman S ALL4. My next step in the building process is to do some suspension work and was seeing what everyone had to say about BC and Megan Coilovers. What are the positives and/or negatives to each one?
Could have sworn I read they are the same thing just re-branded. Regardless, I have BC's and I like them. I run them with a larger rear sway and H-sport adjust control arms to get the camber right. Install was very straight forward. Only negative to all R60 coilovers is the rear damper settings cannot be changed without removing the coilover. Its only 2 bolts but much more of a hassle than reaching in the trunk somewhere. I see you have Vermont plates, I drive on mostly well paved roads and have no issues with the ride comfort. If you frequently drive on "B" roads you might want to reconsider coils. I've had BC's on 3 other cars and never an issue.
