H&R Lower Springs
Hi:
Im in the process of update My R52. What do you think about this:
Wheels - 17" Drag DR19
Tires - 205-45/17
Struts/Shocks - Koni Sport Yellows
Lowering Springs - H&R #29192-1 Ride height F/R 1.4 inches
FYI - I run the car daily for work and the weekends for roadtrip. I never use the car for race/track.
The above mentioned set up is ok for my ride? Any recommendations will be appreciatte.
Thanks,
Kevin

We've got multiple customers in that setup, the added weight of the convertible seems to take up more wheel gap than the hardtops which adds even more appeal.
You'll near definitely need adjustable rear control arms to get the rear camber into spec.

I currently have H&R springs and Koni yellows on my R52 currently, and on smooth roads it's fantastic. But I live in Cincinnati where the roads are not smooth, and it's just a bit too harsh for me as a DD. I just ordered a set of Greene coilovers so hopefully that will take a bit of the edge off it. I do love how it looks though.
