Ride Height Suggestions

I just got ST Suspension for my R56. I am not using any camber kits. I am curious what height is good for the front middle arch to the ground and the rear middle arch to the ground.

Please advise

All depends on if you want a functional suspension, or if you want to rub everything you come into contact with.

Do you want "stance points" or function?

This thread has some good info on the Gen 2's with ST's, but it looks like all of the pics are gone except from this post:

Depending on your wheel offset and how low you go, you might need to add at least 5mm spacers to clear the bottom spring perch in the front.
