Kudos for R-Speed!

Went up to Marietta today from Jacksonville to see Joseph, Hector, and the Munchkin and to have them install the H-Sport springs and camber arms on my car.

As always, they're quality folks, interesting people, fun to hang out with, and totally quality minded about what they do and how they do it. No blips, no foul-ups, no mistakes, no half measures.

And I had a fine time dancing with traffic down I-75 and across on I-10 with my new and improved suspension.

Thanks, guys! Once again I'm a happy customer.

Spunky,

Thanks for your comments. We are always happy to hear about Rspeed and their great work with MINIs. Hip Hip Hurrah!

Now if we could sign a petition to make them an authorized MINI dealership that would be something!

I wish I lived closer so I could drive my MINI to all the nice NAM vendors.

Hey are you going to autocross or track your MINI? You've got some good stuff now.

I might autocross it a bit, though it's been close to 30 years since I've done that (holy cow, that long? How'd I get so old all of a sudden?) and do occasional track days. But mostly I'm just enjoying the responsiveness of a suspension and engine package that works together well with a minimum of compromises for everyday driving.

Also planning on as much canyon carving as I can get to. Not many canyons in Florida, but I'm not all that far from Georgia and the Carolinas.

I am looking to upgrade from stock and I am interested in H sport springs and Koni shocks. What shocks are you using and do you like them

One more question if you don't mind. Your goals are similar to mine. What have you done so far?

to continue the tangent:

The stock shocks are suprisingly good! The Koni's are hard-core; I'd only recommend them if you're seriously racing or have teeth of steel, lol They do, however, seriously improve roadholding
