How to adjust camber?

Hi I'm new to cars and have been racing my 2009 Mini Cooper S at our track for two seasons now. Currently my car is stock except for a set of rims w/ Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

After the last track day I'm showing a lot more wear on the front left tire then all the rest. Part way through the day I swapped them around and another racer mentioned adding negative camber to provide more even tread wear.

I've been looking through Mini Mania and Alta's sites and I see rear control arms to adjust the rear camber but I can't find anything for the front?

Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm a total newbie when it comes to car parts. What products do I need and what amount of negative camber am I looking to achieve for the front and rear?

With this purchase I'm also planning on buying a 22mm rear sway bar if that's important to note.

Cheers!

You need a set of front camber plates - there are a few options, in my opinion these are the best: http://www.vorshlag.com/product_info...roducts_id=271

Rear you may need adjustable lower control arms, several options available, I went with these: http://store.helix13.com/helix-rear-...-control-arms/

Get it aligned to -2 degrees camber all around, that's a good street/track setting. If the car is track only then you can go for even more camber in front.

I have had this setup for 2 years now and it has been totally quiet and reliable and the improvement in handling is incredible. 22mm RSB also highly recommended.

I'm actually going to hit the track once it cools down on Michelin PSS also.

I'm selling a set of new SPC camber plates. See PM
