Koni STR-T Orange R53?

Hello, this is my daily driver but height adjustability would be nice. Lets assume these 3 options are the same price. Would you...1: Orange STR-T Konis with H&R lowering springs. 2: Megan EZ's (fixed camber plates included). 3: ST X Coilovers. Haven't heard much about the STR-T Konis. I have no Mushrooming yet but I want some type of Camber/Defender plate and the Megans are included...word is Megan is sub par though. Feedback would be much appreciated, I know this is the 139,678th post about suspension. Oh, already have adjustable LCA's. Thanks in advance.

I haven't heard good things about the orange konis, but I don't have any experience with them. I think I would probably go with bilstein sport shocks and h&r lowering springs, I had that set up on a mini and it was fabulous handling and ok ride; or the ST X coilovers look decent but it seems weird that you can't adjust the damping.

I would get an M7 brace to protect your towers, also FYI you're going to need a way to adjust the rear camber if you lower the car (either adjustable control arms or eccentric bushings)

I'd go with ST hands down. Best bang for your buck coil over option. I've had both the X and XTA options installed on daily drivers to big HP builds. If you're wanting height adjustability along with dampening control, if you can afford it, I'd go for the ST XTA coil over option here. We also have strut tower plates here. We run the madness plates on our R53 due to the design of it covering 100% of the usable strut tower surface area for maximum strength. For stock ride height MINI's the M7 plates are good as the Madness ones can add positive camber if you are not lowered. Let me know if you have any questions.

What about "AP" Coilovers? Looks like the setup in the UK. Can't find much info on 'em in the US.

I haven't heard of them so did a bit of research and it shows they aren't sold in the US. Some info here.
