Issue After Spring Install

I just got done installing my Mach V Springs on my 2013 Clubman S. I took it for a drive and it has a violent back and forth of the steering wheel. It's not a vibration, feels more like an alignment issue, but I am not sure what situation would cause such a problem. I know the camber is a bit out of wack but it tracks straight otherwise. The car only has 20K on it, so I know the stock components are in good shape. Anyone else have this issue?

I would have it put up on an alignment machine asap. Whats the camber, do you have major cupping of the tires ? When you set the springs did they line up on the perch ok , with the pads ?

Are your wheels torqued down 100%? I only ask because literally yesterday one of my wheels came off while driving and ****ed up a lot of stuff on my car.

Now thats scary. Did a shop replace your tires or something ? Thats a good idea to check first.

Nope, I'm just an idiot and did the front wheels with a rattle gun but not a torque wrench. Now I need a new wheel, wheel hub, lugs, wheel arch trim and brake rotor.

yikes again , well live and learn i guess. get a good toque wrench and a dedicated 17m impact socket. And re-torque them all.

I figured it out the same day I posted this, the circlip on my hub ring had popped out when putting the wheel back on and got pinched between the wheel and hub. Fixed it and reinstalled the wheel and everything is good.
