TSW X Brace on a coupe?

Hi all,

Has anyone tried the TSW X brace on a Mini Cooper S Coupe?

Reading that te coupe is already stiffer/ more rigid than the R56 hardtop. Wondering if an X-Brace would make much of a difference.

Yes it will stiffen it up more as it crosses the open area in the middle of the car. It's hard to explain how it feels, but when you drive it you will notice.

Way, how does the X-brace fit with the GP2 undertray on the car?

^I think you have to cut some holes to the flat underbody panels.

yes you would need to drill holes in the panels to mount it as the panels cover the subframe bolts
