Ireland Engineering 22mm adjustable rear sway bar - worth a look!

I was shopping for my '73 2002 at the Ireland Engineering website and noticed that they have some really nice bits for the MINI at great prices. Their rear swaybar is, at least I believe, "infinitely" adjustable (like the new MINIMania rear bar) and comes with endlinks for such adjustment. The Ireland rear bar is $169 + s/h, and they also have an adjustable hollow front 28.5mm bar. Dunno what sort of adjustment it uses. I do know that their rear bars for the BMW 2002 are like the MINIMania ones, so I'd expect their rear bar for the MINIs to be the same. They are a superb company that is known and trusted the world over as regards BMWs and racing BMWs - I believe they probably handle MINIs the same way (no pun intended!).

Check them out at www.bmw2002.com

No affiliation whatsoever - just passing along the info. I've dealt with them in the past - great product and great customer service.

Looks interesting. I believe they said that hteir 22mm bar is hollow... that being the case, what is the effective rate? By that I mean, the H Sport Com. bar is 25.5mm (hollow) which is effective to a 22mm bar.

Using the following formula

25.5/22 = 22/x

I get 18.98mm. So 19mm effective if the conversion rate is the same.
